Alder Rose Blanchard
Co-Founder; Consultant and Trainer
Alder Rose Blanchard is a passionate advocate of the human services field- dedicating their life, both personally and professionally, to creating positive, sustainable impact for children and families. Since 2006, Alder has been working with communities to develop and provide services for families, children, and the organizations that serve them- building bridges between what is working and creating new pathways for what is not. Alder studied Human Development and Family Studies at Penn State University and Business Management/Leadership at the University of Phoenix; leading to their work as a CCRR Project Director, trainer and technical assistance consultant, educational policy advocate and specialist, opening/operating two long-standing child care programs (both center and family programs), and being a foster home for community youth. This combination of professional and personal experience working with children and families has formed a deep respect and collaborative approach to how Alder serves our communities.




Kelly M. Saunders is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with experience in the early childhood education field since 2002. Kelly has earned her Masters degree in Early childhood from the University of Maine. In her previous roles, Kelly has served as the Director of two different child care centers, one of which she opened from the ground up. She has worked as an Early Childhood Specialist with Southern Adirondack Child Care Network (NY), where she has helped providers thrive regardless of their experience level. Kelly is a skilled educator and communicator, and she has a deep understanding of children's developmental needs and growth. She has spent her life advocating for and pursuing social justice for children and families- ensuring that they have the support they need to grow and prosper equitably. Kelly is passionate about helping others grow and achieve their personal goals, and her dedication to her work is evident in everything she does.
